Found something broken, or need SaySoTalker to do something it doesn’t? Tell us. There is one address for all of it, so nothing gets lost in the wrong inbox.
Both go to hello@saysokids.com. If your email app doesn’t open, copy that address instead.
What’s most useful to tell us
None of this is required. Send what you have. A one-line "the voice stopped working" is still worth sending.
- What happened, and what you expected instead. Even roughly.
- What device and browser, such as "iPad, Safari" or "Android phone, Chrome".
- Whether the app was installed to the home screen or opened in a browser tab, because they behave differently.
- The version number, at the bottom of Grown-up settings in the app.
A few things worth knowing first
If something has gone wrong with your board
Save a backup file before anything else, from Grown-up settings. It keeps everything, photos included, and it is the only copy you fully control. Then tell us what happened.
If the app is silent on an iPhone or iPad
Check Silent mode first, with the side switch or Control Centre. It can mute the app while the buttons still light up when tapped, which looks exactly like something being broken.

Have a look at what we’re exploring first, in case it is already there. Either way, telling us you want it matters: a request from someone using SaySoTalker every day counts for more than an idea we thought of ourselves.
